The bar closes at 1:00 AM, so tables can't be set until morning. Our host Gray Shuler will be on hand to assist — find Charlie or Jason Montgomery when you arrive and we'll get you to your space.
Doors open to the public at 10. Get loaded in, set your table, and get ready for a great crowd — the response to the advertising has been very high!
We have to start breaking down at 4:00 — the brewery needs the room ready for dinner traffic.
Spots 1–14 are downstairs on the main floor; spots US 1–US 13 are upstairs. Most returning vendors are in the same space as last show, but check to be sure. We have great vendors on the 2nd floor — let's all help send traffic up there!
Table Options
- Sturdy 3×3 center-post tables — 3 or 4 per space, which usually works fine for all
- Folding tables on hand
- Or bring your own — recommended if you have them, just to be sure you have what you need
Getting In & Parked
- On-street parallel parking on both sides of the building
- The alley behind the building (from W. Liberty St and South Sumter St) leads to the rear entrance
- Don't block the alley — use it only if you can load in within 10 minutes
- Move your vehicle to the parking lot once load-in is complete
